Jagna is a young Russian woman who resides in Apartment 36 in Old City, along with her family members.

She attempts to ward away Old City Police Department officers Lawrence Birch and Albert Russo as they answer a "10-11" to her apartment.

She is killed by Alexei after the officers uncover his deadly abnormality.

Her body is delivered to the Old City Hospital's morgue after backup from the OCPD arrives (Pilot, Webisode 1).
