Summary
The Sanctuary Wiki is a "living" dictionary and episode guide to the Sanctuary internet-based television series. It is a "living" website, because it can be changed and amended by users. You can add pictures, information, and external links to websites in support of information contained within the Sanctuary Wiki. Each entry, such as those on, let's say, the Sanctuary itself or Dr. Helen Magnus, are like encyclopedia (or dictionary) entries on that person/item/topic.

What is this Wiki About?
The Sanctuary Wiki is a free online encyclopedia and episode guide covering the Science Fiction series, Sanctuary.

The aim of Sanctuary Wiki is to cover everything related to the Sanctuary series, from inside the Sanctuary universe to behind the scenes. From Ashley Magnus to Will Zimmerman, to Abnormals to Sanctuary itself (and beyond), the Wiki covers and continues to expand coverage on all things Sanctuary.

This site endeavors to maintain a strict spoiler policy, but please read it so that you know what should be expected. Please refrain from engaging in acts of vandalism. Violations may result in being blocked by an administrator.

For ideas about how you can help feel free to check out the projects that are being worked on. If you need any help or have any questions or suggestions, feel free to as an administrator on their talk page or post your question to the Administrators' noticeboard or the Contributors Forum.

Getting started
In order to be able to contribute content or files to Sanctuary Wiki, you need to be logged in. You can register at the "Log in / create account" link in the upper right corner and enter a user name that will be used at all of your contributions.
Present Day
We presently cover all aspects of the Sanctuary series, You'll find -- and can add -- information on such items as terminology seen, events that occurred, and characters introduced and developed.

We will also furnish a complete and thorough episode guide, a la Lurker's Guide to Babylon 5, to analyze and dissect the episodes from this series. Unlike the Lurker's Guide, contributions are immediate and can be edited without the tedious process of emailing corrections and awaiting the webmaster for an update.

How to Utilize
Using this Wiki is fairly straight forward.

For starters, you need a means to identify yourself. Therefore, you'll have to create a user account, which is fast, easy, and, of course, free.

Once you've done that, check out the tutorial on wiki-editing, then test drive your knowledge in the sandbox. (Don't worry, edits can always be removed or reverted to its original form. So feel free to break anything in the sandbox.)

After your done with the orientation, feel free to begin participating! You can start by checking out entries on the Wiki; any hyperlink without an icon next to it, such as this one on the term Sanctuary, leads to an entry on this website about that term. Above it, you will find a list of tabs. In this group of tabs, you'll find the "Edit" tab. Click it, and you'll be able to add, correct, or remove content. The Editing Help portion of the site will cover the essentials in editing entries, but it'll be like posting to a message board, and you'll see your results immediately.

You'll also be able to discuss the topic by clicking the "Discussion" tab. So, if you want to question on the merit of a piece of information in that entry, or spur discussion, you can do that there without including it in the "official" entry. (Thus presenting information and not back-and-forth bulletin board type commentary, since there is a forum that you can do this on.)
